We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2:00
PM (CET) the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are usually
dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-2
business days.

Please note that some products may have
different delivery times. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product
page before purchase.

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item
before it is available in stock. We'll ship your order as soon as the product
arrives at our warehouse.

The estimated release or delivery date is
shown on the product page. Please note that these dates are subject to change.

If your order includes both pre-order and
in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order
item is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing
separate orders.

No, unfortunately we do not offer warehouse collection.

Returns can be created through our Returns
Portal.

1. Open the Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Please ensure the contents
   are protected during transport.
5. Download and attach your return label, making sure it covers any existing shipping labels.

Please note that return shipping is at
customer’s own expense. A return label costs 45 DKK, which will be deducted from your final refund.
